Registration, Substitution and Cancellation Policy:
ND TCP Asphalt Certification & SD Bituminous Certification Classes
Payment is due at time of registration unless other arrangements have been made. Utilization of on-line payment options offered is highly recommended to accommodate cancellation and/or refunds if they apply.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel and it is more than 7 days before the scheduled class, you will be charged a $30.00 processing/cancellation fee with the remainder of registration fee being refunded. It may take 30 to 60 days to process the refund.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled class or do not show for the scheduled class for which you are registered no refunds will be given.
Substitutions are allowed up to the 7-day cancellation window upon approval of both the Agency Representative and the organization offering the training course.
If you miss class
In addition to the registration fee activity noted above, you will not receive credit for the class or get access to the exam. You must re-register, attend and pay another class fee to do so.
If there is a weather advisory
Classes will not be canceled due to possible bad weather. You will be contacted if a major storm event occurs and/or road closures occur inhibiting the class and the scheduled class must be canceled or postponed. You will be contacted with alternate training dates or arrangements.
