Registration, Substitution and Cancellation Policy:
Dakota Asphalt Pavement Association Conference
Payment is due at time of registration unless other arrangements have been made. Utilization of on-line payment options offered is highly recommended to accommodate cancellation and/or refunds if they apply.
Cancellation and Changes
If you need to cancel and it is more than 7 days before the conference, you will be charged a $40.00 processing / cancellation fee with the remainder of registration fee being refunded. It may take 30 to 60 days to process the refund.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the conference or do not show for the conference for which you are registered no refund will be given.
Substitutions are allowed up to the 7-day cancellation window upon approval of both the Agency Representative and DAPA.
If there Is A Weather Advisory
The conference will not be canceled due to possible bad weather. You will be contacted if a major storm event occurs and/or road closures occur inhibiting the conference and the scheduled conference must be canceled or postponed. You will be contacted with alternate dates or arrangements.
